Do I have to be home? 

It’s not necessary, but you may be at home if you like. Otherwise, you have to leave the keys or code so we can enter your house. 

Can I get the same cleaner every time I book a cleaning service?

We believe that it’s very important to always send the same cleaner(s) and we do everything in our control to make this possible. If a member of your team is unavailable, we’ll do our best to find the most suitable replacement. All of our residential cleaners undergo extensive training to ensure that the quality of our work is always consistent. 

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies? 

Yes. Plus, we can bring environmentally friendly products if you request it. 

Do our cleaners speak English?

Absolutely. 

How many people will clean my home?

Generally, we send only one cleaner per home, but depending on the size and condition, we could send more cleaners if needed. 

 How will my pets be handled?

We love pets! We know that pets are also part of the family, and we make sure they will be treated right. In fact, we use select products that are safe for pets to be around, and we know all the tricks to get pet hair out of your nooks and crannies. 

Do you guarantee your work?

Absolutely. We assigned an account manager to every client to make sure a proper follow-up of your case is made. Our cleaners are well-trained and experienced and have direct communication with you and the manager. If you’re not 100% satisfied with our service, we assure you we make things right in the less time possible.
